Operation Beregu is a multi phase invasion of the BKT island territory of NAPF Island executed by VDV Airborne and Vympel SF Forces.
*The time is 2345, and ASOR Vympel 3SQN Black Force quietly begin constructing a makeshift camp in the middle of the forest. Weary from their long trek from the recently destroyed dockyard in Alpnach, the SQLs gather round for a quick briefing by 3SQN HQ*
Alright lads, I’ve got some bad news, and some more bad news.
The first bit of bad news is that currently, we’ve been cut of from extract and resupply. The recent storm that hit the island has grounded virtually all air assets, making it impossible for an airborne extraction or for command to send us extra ammo, so we’re going to have to make do. The second bit of bad news is that we don’t have the option to sit around and cook snags. High Command has tasked us with several high value targets that they want us to take out before we leave.
First off is the town to our South East. BKT forces have been building up the area and recon have confirmed both a barracks and what looks like a resupply depot in town. Our job there is to go in, cause as much damage as possible and bug back out again.
Secondly is the communications tower they’ve got set up to our direct south. Pretty simple stuff; we knock out their comms, we have an easier time disappearing into the forest when we need to.
Thirdly is a temporary HQ the BKT have set up east of us in the town of Romos. Same shtick as the Depot, get in, cause damage, get out.
Our final job of the night and a priority if we want to sleep in a warm bed tomorrow is a SAM site to our North West. Intel’s pretty spotty but from what we know they’ve got missile systems set up on a man made platform that shoots at anything airborne in a 18 mile radius, so that’ll have to go before our birds get called in. Command doesn’t particularly care in which order we do these objectives only that we get them done.
Weather is expected to ease up around 10am tomorrow and , so have your guys get some rest and get ready to move out by 7.

ASOR VYMPEL 3SQN is to execute harassment operations against key BKT locations in an effort to cause maximum damage to enemy supply and support.
The mission will occur in SIX phases:

Phase Five – Debriefing
COMMAND AND SIGNALS:
Radios will be pre-programmed on issue.

ASOR Closed Training night is for ASOR Members only. For applicants looking to join you will need to attend a Open Training night first.
These nights are reserved to conduct any training required or may just be another full operation night. Training generally follows inline with the campaign / storyline we are currently undertaking and his followed by an operation.
Members attending Closed Training nights can use this opportunity to either have a go at a new role in ASOR or refine their skills in their current role. So it may be possible to have someone learning a position on these nights also.
